Who we are and what we do…

 

We are a privately owned developer and contractor of 30 years standing, specialising in high quality residential developments. Our expertise ranges from conversions of listed buildings to new build apartments of exceptional quality. Our developments are, primarily, across the South West of Sheffield.

We build properties for sale and for let. Many are retained within our extensive private lettings portfolio, all of which are managed entirely within the group under Ascent Lettings.

We design and supply kitchens within the group via Karl Benz.
